Q. How should I store my PRETZEL PACK?
A. To maintain freshness and flavor, keep in a cool, dry place (ideal temperature, 68-70 degrees Fahrenheit). Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Never freeze or refrigerate.
Q. Do you take custom orders?
A. YES! We LOVE a good party and are always happy to create a CUSTOM FAVOR (wedding, baby shower, anniversary, birthday, bar/bat mitzvah, etc.) and corporate gifts. Additional charges may apply. Contact us for more information.
Q. Are pretzels Kosher?
A. No. We are not certified Kosher.
Q. Do your products contain nuts?
A. Some Pretzels are made with products that contain tree nuts. If you are allergic, we recommend that you not consume our pretzels.
Q. What if I place my order during the summer months or have it shipped to warm climates?
A. When placing an order during the summer months (April 1st - September 30th), or to warm climates (above 70 degrees Fahrenheit) all orders must be shipped with cold packs, for an additional charge of $5.00. We highly recommend shipping via Next Day Air. Due to the delicate nature of the chocolate, if the customer chooses not to ship this way, Sweet Home Montclair cannot guarantee the shipment will arrive without melting.
Q. Do you sell Pretzels wholesale?
A. At this time, we do not wholesale our pretzels.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. It takes approximately 1-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped out. Time in transit depends on selected shipping method. If you have a time sensitive date, please contact us.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Q. Do you collect sales tax?
A. Yes. New Jersey Sales Tax is 7.0%.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Orders cannot be cancelled once received.
Q. Do you have a catalogue you can send me?
A. We do not have a catalogue at this time. However, please join our list for regular updates.
Q. Do you ship Sweet Home Montclair Pretzel Packs to international destinations?
A. Currently, we only ship to addresses in the continental U.S. (P.O. Box addresses are not valid).
